In this tutorial I look at the locus of a point which moves along the arc of a circle.

Equation of an arc of a circle has the form:

  • \arg \left( {\dfrac{{z - {z_1}}}{{z - {z_2}}}} \right) = \theta \text{ where }\theta \text{ is the angle subtended by the chord }{z_1}\text{, }{z_2}\text{ on the arc.}

At the end it contains 3 examples which I would encourage you to try with worked solutions.
